My experience spans a lifetime of learning, practicing and teaching Hatha, Ashtanga, Raja, Bhakti and Tantra Yoga, Tibetan Buddhist and Kashmiri Shaivist Tantra, Kundalini Tantra Yoga, Chakra Sadhana and Kriya Yoga. I hold certifications as a Tantra Massage Therapist, Breathwork Facilitator and Death Doula. I am currently in training with the Grof Psychedelic Training Academy.
